Products & Orders

What products does EMERCYN offer?

EMERCYN provides high quality custom branded apparel and merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, jackets, uniforms, and promotional products. Decoration methods include screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.

I don’t see a specific item or product on your website. Do you carry it?

We work with hundreds of trusted suppliers, and only a curated selection of products is displayed on our website. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, we’d love to help!

Please reach out to us directly, and we’ll follow up with tailored options that fit your style, needs, and budget.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. All orders placed with EMERCYN are subject to minimum order quantities, starting at 12 pieces. Minimums may vary depending on the product and decoration method selected (screen printing, embroidery, or DTG).

Please reach out to us directly, and we’ll be happy to provide a tailored response based on your specific project.

Can I mix different products in one order?

Yes! You are welcome to mix and match different styles (like hoodies, tees, and crewnecks) within a single order. As long as the print design and ink colors remain the same across all items. Please note that if a garment change requires an ink color swap (e.g., switching from white ink on black shirts to black ink on white shirts), a small "color change" fee may apply to cover the additional press setup.

How do I place an order?

Orders may be placed through our website, by email, or by contacting our team directly. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and artwork approval is finalized.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. Basic design and artwork setup services are available. Additional design work may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before work begins.

Print & Production

What artwork files do you accept?

Preferred file formats include AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG files. Low-resolution files may affect print quality.

Will I receive a proof?

Yes! A digital proof will be provided prior to production and is typically delivered within 2–3 business (24-48 hours) days after EMERCYN receives a Start a Project request. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork details. Approval constitutes final authorization to proceed with production.

Can changes be made after proof approval?

Once a proof is approved, changes may not be possible as we move straight to production. If changes are approved, additional fees and production delays may apply.

What is the production timeline?

Standard production typically takes 10-14 business days after payment and final artwork approval. Production times may vary depending on order size, method, and garment availability.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Rush fees are non-refundable and subject to availability.

Quality & Sustainability

What materials are used?

We believe in quality that lasts. Most of our pieces are crafted from 100% organic cotton or soft French terry. While our knitwear stays purely organic, we use recycled polyester in some of our fleeces to improve longevity and make them easier to recycle later on.

Are your garments ethically made?

Absolutely. We only source from suppliers that prioritize human rights. Our partners hold certifications from Fair Wear Foundation and WRAP, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and zero tolerance for child or forced labor.

What makes "Organic Cotton" better for my project?

Most of our apparel is GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. This means the cotton is grown without toxic pesticides or GMOs. For your brand, this means a premium, chemical-free feel and a significantly lower environmental footprint compared to fast-fashion alternatives.

Are our products certified?

Yes. See our Quality & Sustainability page.

Sustainability & Materials

What makes "Organic Cotton" better for my project?

Most of our apparel is GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. This means the cotton is grown without toxic pesticides or GMOs. For your brand, this means a premium, chemical-free feel and a significantly lower environmental footprint compared to fast-fashion alternatives.

What is Supima® Cotton, and why is it premium?

For brands that demand the best, we offer Supima®—an ultra-premium fiber grown only in the USA. Because its fibers are 50% longer than standard cotton, the fabric is twice as strong and significantly more resistant to pilling, shrinking, and fading. It’s the ultimate foundation for high-end merch that stands the test of time.

Are your dyes and materials safe?

Yes. Our garments are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. This is a rigorous testing process that guarantees the fabric, threads, and dyes are free from harmful chemicals, making them safe for your skin and the planet.

Specialty Options

Do you offer vegan-friendly apparel?

Yes! A large portion of our catalog is PETA-Approved Vegan. No animal testing is performed, and no animal-derived materials are used in the production process.

Can I get garments made from recycled materials?

Definitely. For outerwear and fleeces, we offer items certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). These pieces often incorporate recycled polyester (from post-consumer plastic bottles), giving high-performance gear a second life.

The Impact

How does choosing these products help the environment?

By choosing our premium blanks, you are supporting:

  • Water Conservation: Organic farming uses significantly less water than conventional cotton.
  • Green Energy: Many of our production facilities are powered by renewable energy, like wind power.
  • Waste Reduction: Higher quality means longer-lasting clothes, which keeps garments out of landfills.
