Returns, Refunds & Claims on Branded Merch Items

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Returns and refunds are only accepted for defects or Company errors.

• Claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

• EMERCYN reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund at its discretion.

• No refunds will be issued for customer errors (incorrect sizes, colors, or approved artwork).

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 15 days of delivery.

• Return Conditions:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • To initiate your return, please email sales@emercyn.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will send you step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label within 24–48 hours.
