We keep our stores simple, so everyone knows what to expect.

· STORE WINDOW
Each store is open for up to 2 weeks. Once it closes, we can't accept new orders, and any placed after closing will be refunded.

· CURATED BY YOUR STORE MANAGER
Your Store Manager selects and approves every item. Once the store opens, the lineup is final, so we can't add items, change colors, add extra embroidery, or change shipping.

· LOGO SIZING
The mock-ups in your store show the look and feel. Exact logo size and placement may vary slightly, because we place each logo where it looks best on that specific piece.

· MADE JUST FOR YOU, SO NO RETURNS
Custom and embellished items can't be returned. Check the sizing charts and review your order before you submit.

· ONE POINT OF CONTACT
Your Store Manager is your go-to for anything about your order, including questions, out-of-stock items, and colors. That keeps communication clear and easy.

· 25-ITEM MINIMUM
To bring a store to life, we need at least 25 apparel items in total. If the store falls short, all orders are refunded. We'll let your Store Manager know before the store closes so everyone has a chance to get it over the line.
* Stanley Water Bottles must meet the minimum order of 24.

· DELIVERY
About 20–25 business days after the store closes, your order ships to your Store Manager along with a distribution list, so handing everything out is easy.

· EMERCYN PIECES ONLY
We embroider and decorate only items purchased through Emercyn, so every piece meets our quality standard.
